Students explore the big question, 'Do all animals undergo a complete metamorphosis?'

Sample topics for project:
complete metamorphosis- bees, flies, fleas, butterflies, moths, ants, and scorpionflies. incomplete metamorphosis- grasshoppers, termites, maggots, cockroaches, and dragonflies Begin story boarding your stop motion animation. Gather all resources required for your project. Things to consider:

Weeks 5-6 |
Compose your draft stop motion animation. Remember, the more photos (frames) you have for your animation the better quality it will be.
Save your stop motion animation as a movie file. Import movie file into a movie editor to add audio and text layers to enhance your stop motion animation. |
Weeks 7-8 |
Publish your final stop motion animation and submit your work sample through the submission page.
